My How-To-Do-Anything-Better List

I have been feeling tired and wasted lately.  Almost everyday after work, I take a deep audible breath. Sometimes I just feel that my passion for this job had already been lost - nowhere to be seen - nowhere to be felt - nowhere, to keep me motivated. It's now closer to being obligatory. BUT - I need this job more than anything else. I need this so I could help my husband save up for many things.

Thus, I should complain no more.


Maybe I just need to lighten up. Find ways to do anything better - so I thought of making a short list of what I should do to divert my stress, and here they are:


    1. FEEL HAPPIER




♥ Write down 3 happy thoughts for each day.
♥ Eat at least 2 bars of chocolate in a week.
♥ Listen to picker-upper songs.




    2. COOK SIMPLE SUMPTUOUS DISHES




  Try something new. Be inventive.
♥ Always keep a positive vibe in the kitchen because anything cooked with love always turns out great. 




    3. SPEND A FUN WEEKEND WITH HUBBY 




Watch an old chick flick together.
Make each other's shopping list.
♥ Compete against each other in scrabble. 




    4. HAVE A BLASTING VACAY 




♥ Be adventurous and try something I never have done before. 
♥ Take the wackiest pictures possible. 
♥ Be sure to pack a sexy dress or a nice top, and my sunnies. 


    5. CAPTURE A MOMENT




♥ Bring a camera wherever I go. 
♥ Live. Laugh. Love. Try it all. 
♥ Write about some random things that caught your attention ASAP. That way, your feelings are still at an all-time high. 

Embracing all the positivity that life can offer, that is what my list is all about.
